Query: Northkeep Landeds?

I do not wish to spoil a surprise if one is intended, but am certainly 
curious: any word yet on who will be given the right to sit as the first 
landed baronials in Northkeep?

After all, folk from Nord aus das Strom were kinda crucial in igniting 
interest that led to the creation of my "home" shire - and I include many 
dwelling in the descendant Northkeep among my dearest friends and 
acquaintances.

(The rest of you living in the area where Bird Creek and the Cimarron River 
meet the Arkansas I just haven't met yet...)
