Quick insight.  I am an Epsicopalian, and was married by a Brittish
preist, and, assuming this is traditional, here is the answer to that:
During that part of the vows, there is the Trinity reference, and the
motions go thus
In the name of the Father (stroke pointer finger with ring)
And the Son (stroke middle finger)
And the Holy Spirit (slide on ring finger).
