Banishment proposals

Greetings!

Someone has asked how to get these proposals if one does not
have WWW access. 

The proposals are available on paper from your Kingdom Seneschal.
In the future, when we send out announcements about these sorts
of things, we will let you know where you can get them on paper
if you want to let folks who are not electronically connected
know how to get them.

Nothing will come out on the Web site that is not also available
on paper.
