principalities... Up-date...

I've been cruising the web for information on principalities and this is 
what I've found.

A short article at http://www.midrealm.org/midrealm_principality   from 
a proponent of forming a principality in the Middle.

An article in 5 separate pieces at 
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/es/usr/mjc/www/aeth/dag1.html
(replace the number 1 with 2-5 for other parts) that is about various 
aspects of a principality.

And a partial list of which kingdoms have principalities and which 
don't.

West - Mists, Cynagua, Oertha, Lochac
East - Aethelmearc
Middle - Ealdormere, Northshield
Atenveldt - CP: the Sun, Artemesia
An Tir - CP: Avacal, CP: Summits (& 4 regions)
Drachenwald - CP: Nordmark

Two kingdoms with regions:

Meridies - a named region: Gleann Abhainn 
Ansteorra - 5 regions

Either no principalities or no contact with web pages for: Atlantia, 
Outlands, Caid, Trimaris, & Calontir.
