Hale and Well Met Ansteorrans!

Sir Kief here... I was just on the phone to His Grace, the Duke Inman, Kingdom
Seneschal, and Her Royal Majesty Mikaela, Regina Ansteorrae. Her Majesty bade me
"Speak these words to the People..." "This is just a proposal. Nothing more, norless. We want to know the People's wishes and thoughts on this matter." HRM
told me that there were many more details to be found in the up-coming _Black
Star_. "There have been no lines drawn, no division of the Kingdom made. This
is _no one person's_ power play, nor is it an attempt at "empire building".
This poll of the wishes of the People is being done at the request of the BoD.
The Crown and the Kingdom Seneschal will heed the voice and wishes of the
People of Ansteorra. This is our only desire."

These are the words of _your_ Queen. There have been no arbitrary decisions
made, no deals. The Crown and the Kingdom Seneschal do want to know your
thoughts on this matter. There will be, more than likely, an "official" poll
of the membership of the Kingdom on this matter in the near future (near meaningthe next 2-3 months). If I recollect Duke Inman's words correctly,             
"...everyone should have their membership up to date, membership will be 
required to vote...".

The thoughts are that the Kingdom be split in to 3 full Principalities. Each
to have a Prince and Princess, a full slate of Officers, and all the trappings
of a Principality. ie, Name, Armory, Badges & Ensigns, Motto, Award structure, eetc.

The Kingdom Senschal and the Crown have requested _your_ viewpoints. I gave
them mine. My mind has not changed, nor will it... However, _your_ voice needs
must be heard. It doesn't matter whether you are for One Kingdom or for 3 
principalities. _You_ needs must speak! So, to that end. WRITE your thoughts
on a post-card, in a letter...and send them to TRM Mikael and Mikaela, and to
His Grace Inman, Kingdom Seneschal. WRITE your name (both of them!) your
membership number, and your choice and send it in!!! Take your time, think
this through, see what _you_ can do to improve OUR KINGDOM.           

DON'T call the Kingdom Seneschal, the Crown, or the BoD Ombudsman, in the 
middle of the night, nor leave anonymous messages or make anonymous calls to
any of these good folk. They are trying their best to do what you want to have
happen... Get involved, do something...NO MORE APATHY! There have already been
anonymous calls to the Crown. This is poorly done neighbors...we don't need
that kind of trouble in this Kingdom.

I gave the Crown and Kingdom Seneschal my thoughts and my choice. NO. Let 
_YOUR_ conscience be your guide when you make _your_ choice.


I remain what I have always been...the Kingdom's and Crown's man.
