I would *assume* that only personal email to an individual would be
official correspondance. As someone already pointed out, us talking here
is a lot like a camp fire, or any other BS session.

Someone just the other day said that some of the people involved in this
discussion wouldn't say what they were in person. Well I for one, having
been at this almost 12 years, have made sure to have a consistant face
as far as on and off the net.

Of course I can say things in both places I regret. *grin*
