To whom it may concern:

The actions of Trimaris with respect to chirurgeons does not at this time
have my blessing or condemnation, though I can't say that I agree with it.
 However, till further notice, I'd carry on as usual unless you're in
Trimaris.  Expect more details at the end of October.
