arrow and quarrel shafts

My apologies if any offense was taken , none was intended.  All that I knew
was that the mention of fiberglass shafts had not been brought in front of me
when I was in office.  This was the first that I had heard of testing.
 Contrary to some of my  brother knights,  WE DO make mistakes from time to
time and I for one am not ashamed to admit when I was wrong.
