research has clearly shown that the Kebler Elves are a previous 
unknown lost tribe of the Dominion of the Drakka ... and as such 
would welcome a conquered territory of smurf-guerillas to be hunted 
as sport.  

unfortunately, the survivors of the invasion would make inferior
jannissaries due to their small stature ... though they might have 
uses in industrial and nuclear plant cleanup (could get into the pipe 
systems saving dissassembly of those systems).
