Roman Circus Event

I will be running a lunch tavern at Bryn Gwlad's Roman Circus event May 
10th.   I will be serving Roman meat patties (ie burger patties) on pita 
with a cheese sauce (about 1/4 lb beef per serving).  I may also offer a 
chicken dish as well but I haven't decided yet. I will not be taking 
reservations.  All profits will be donated to Their Royal Highnesses 
Pennsic Decoration and Chili Party fund.
