ANST - A&S judging criteria

Hi all. Aquilanne here.

A couple days (?) back, someone mentioned that the criteria form used for
judging brewing at Estrella and previously attributed to Calontir was
actually from an SCA A&S Handbook. I'm wondering where one might get one's
hands (or eyes if it exists in virtual form) on a copy?
