Oooh. I LIKE this idea. But are they cheaply available? I thought one of
the advantages of tennis balls was that after a while, they lost their
umph and went flat and thus could be cheaply obtained. Do racquet balls
do this?

Now, I know golf balls get old and are easily available, but...
