I've added all the related topics from the SCA faq. Please note that some
of the lists may not make sense where they are. I put all lists for one
server together instead of splitting them into the correct category.

Btw, the page is pretty obnoxious now, so I'm gonna be looking at a way
to fix it. There are way too many forms on it.
