ANST - Help, need Rapier practice info

Hi everyone,
I am planning on going to Steppes rapier practice tonight and I've NEVER
done this before.  What I need to know: is there anything I should bring
with me? If I do somehow get a chance to practice tonight, what type of
shoes should I wear?, etc
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
