There is nowhere in our system where Masters of Arms are given the right
to interrupt court.  It has been my observation that, in general, even
people who are superior to the court in progress (for example, TRMs in a
Baronial court) will ask for permission from the person responsible for
the court they're interrupting.  It's common courtesy, and I feel it
correctly reflects the period practice.

Try interrupting proceedings in a court that I'm heralding, and you'll
be explaining yourself to the noble I represent.

Master Daniel knows how I feel about his MOA.  We've discussed this, and
regardless of how it came to pass I've told him that he did the right
thing.  But don't let anyone try to tell you that an MOA gives the
permission to interrupt a court.
