One point here.  If you purchase alcohol beverages in Texas and bring them
back into Oklahoma you are restricted to less than 3 liters at one time.
Otherwise you are considered importing and must pay the tax and have a
distributors licsence.

NO! They changed the law in Oklahoma several years ago and it is now
illegal to give alcohol to anyone under 21.  Even your own kids.
