I need help from Oklahoma

Good morning!

Any of you northern old-timers remember Sir Jord Jotun?

What did he have painted on his shield.  I'm finishing
up the chivalric roll of arms, and he's the only knight
whose arms I haven't found (and there's only one other I
haven't drawn yet).
