Ok, The Kings Battle Ribbon is as follows. It is to be given at the Kings
discretion to those groups that excel in the preparation for and the
participation in an official SCA interkingdom war. The recipient that
receives the award gains the right to carry and display the Centurions war
banner until the next recipient comes along. After that they can affix and
display a ribbon (tenetivly an or ribbon bearing in chief an Ansteorran
star sable and the name of the war it was awarded for in gules). The only
book keeping would be to record what groups get the award. It carries no
precedence.
