Ummm...you mean Buckner and 12?

For those of you not familiar with the area, it's Flagpole Hill, on the
North side of the intersection. (The side away from Buckner) when you're
near the top of the hill, take a left, towards the parking lot and the
flagpole. Park somewhere in there, and try to look medieval if no one else
has gotten there yet. IIRC, the calendar says it starts at 2PM, but most
of the time nobody gets there until around 2:30 or 3.

Note to fighters and Marshals: If you can get there at 2:00 and get it
going then, I really doubt anyone will be terribly annoyed at you. (Hint,
hint...there are a lot of people in the park when it's pretty. The
fighting will take care of getting their attention, and you can recruit
them, so starting earlier provides more time to gather new members ;) )
