Well, I have to 'fess up. I don't *know* that they're the words.  It
was a poem mentioning it in the first line, and it pretty much scans
to the verses and chorus, so I presume it might have been period words
to the song.  I *could* assert it's as much the words as "The
Star-Spangled Banner" are the words to "Anacreon in Heaven".

Alas, I don't think I have a copy of the full poem.  I only remember
the first verse and part of the chorus:

    The first catch was Sellinger's Round
    The cow jumped over the moon
    The good wife shit in the piss pot
    The cream ran over her shoon

         <line>  <line>
         I'll give you another as good as the other
         If you'll be ruled by me

The other verses are as bad.

I repeat, emphatically,
