Pas d' Arms (6-8 Jun) announces additional activities for Attendees.
  1.  SUBTLETY CONTEST:  Put your culinery talents to work around the theme,
"Killing the Dragon of Winter".  Basic ingredients are:  
   5 lbs Sugar;   1 TSP Cream of Tartar;   Egg Whites
  Your creation MUST:
        a.  fit on a 12" x 12" base
        b.  have Sugar somewhere on it (i.e. gingerbread dragon/sugar eyes)
        c.  be as high as you want to make it
        d.  keep in tune with the Theme (above)
All submissions will be used as table decorations for the Sat evening Feast.
  2.  KNIFE, AXE, & SPEAR:  As if Heavy, Light & Archery aren't enough, you
now can also demonstrate your skill and prowess with these demanding weapons...

  We are also waiting on Baronial approval for a vote by ALL attendees on
how well Baron Hakon's orders (from last year) were followed in nursing the
King's deer back to health.
  So watch this space, tell everyone and (most importantly) attend this
wondrous event.
