Since we're on the subject.....

What is the difference between a Knight and a Master of Arms?

I know that a MOA is someone who will not/cannot take the oath of fealty, and
that they wear a white baldric (I'm not sure what that is either) instead of a
white belt. However, beyond this, I'm pretty clueless.
