Tostig and like to baste the duck with either 2:1 grape jelly or orange
marmalade with water and warmed so that is can be brushed on easily.
Seal the duck in foil or in a roasting pan and bake at 275 until done.
You can stuff it with rice, apples, rasins, nuts, and madrin oranges.
