ANST - Awards

On the subject of awards.  Is there a list of the ansteorra kingdom awards
that are available and the requirements for each?  I frequently hear people
say that a person should be put in for an award, but knowing where to find
the requirements for the award would make it easer to write a good letter
of recomendation.
