OK, let's see: 

in "King's Demon's" the 5th Doctor went back to the time of King John and
the Magna Carta.

I believe the 3rd Doctor went back to Medieval England and first met the
Sontarins in "The Time Warrior" 

There was one or two others I think, but I'll have to go back and check.
