ANST - hello from afar

I am no longer on the list, but I thought I'd drop a line and see how
everyone is doing. 

All the Ansteorrans that shared camp with me at Pensic, I wish to deeply
thank for making my first one a most memorable one. 

Life in the Midrealm is not the same as with my countrymen...mostly
because events conflict with my school-related activities. But I shall
whine no more of it. 

Today was Kirkin o' the Tartans here on my campus and memories of marching
to opening ceremonies flooded my mind. There was one fellow dressed in
proper attire for this event who reminded me of our mighty King. (BTW when
is Ansteorra's next coronation?).

That reminds me, m'lady Kat, would you send me the lyrics to the song we
marched to ( "...golden, gleaming, dark star dreaming, battle songs do
make my spirits soar, for the dark star's gone to war..."). Thankyou ever
so much.

Stargate Dancing Guild: I miss our practices; and I miss fighter practice
on Sundays in Memorial, too. (damn midrealmers won't let one authorize
without being an official member, which I won't be until my return from
Drachenwald).
