This rather begs a question from a brewer such as myself.  Does this imply 
that I may not enter any potable that I have entered at any time in the 
past?  If so, that would immediately disqualify about a dozen entries 
competed in other kingdoms.  

Of course, I am assuming that the site is wet...which would be remarkable 
for Lubbock.  The question is moot if the site is dry.

Also, does that include both A&S competitions and displays?
