A few changes to the Ansteorran draft rules came from our meeting at
Elfsea this past weekend. I have made those changes and placed the
latest draft, along with a short list of changes out on the web at

If you are already familiar with the rules the change list will 
probably be more useful to you. It only has 8 items. This should be 
the last public release before signature.
