Per the request of THL Beorn of the Northern Sea, KMOF, via Dame 
Fiona Mairi MacQuarrie, I have posted a copy of the Final Version of 
Meridian Rapier Combat Handbook to the Kingdom Web Site, located at 
http://thunder.ce.utk.edu/Meridies

In the interest of getting the information out as quickly as 
possible, I have run the document though a translator that spat out a 
quick and dirty web page.  Needless to say, the document is not 
pretty.  The tables are difficult to read and the table of contents 
does not work.  These problems will be repaired over the next several 
days as time permits, but I didn't want to delay.

Please let me know how I can be of further service.
