Although the taken of proteges may help relieve the problem, I do not
think this is completely it. If we only have 20 (rough guess from
counts in circles) active Pelicans, it would take every one of them
taking proteges and training them to help increase the flock to that of
the Chivalry, let alone the Laurels.
