ANST -Laurel Bards?

If memory serves, I can think of at least three off the top of my 
head that (I'm 98% sure) have laurels for their bardcraft.

Master Finn Kelly O'Donnell
Mistress Catherine ferch Gwyllim (sp?)

I'm the first to admit my working knowledge of who has what for 
which art is unreliable, so I won't even begin to try to guess about 
geographical areas I'm not so familiar with.
