Boiling the leather again is not a real good idea.  Each time leather is
boiled it tends to make the fibers brittle so to much and it will become
to brittle and break.  Useing salt water tends to make the leather harder.
So it would be my sujestion just to reboil if you lose the form for what
ever reason.  Just redipping after it has been formed would not and any
benefits worth the trouble.
