In response to the gentle who asked about health regulations I would 
like to put your mind at ease.

I am a registered food service manager and I am also a chef.  I have 
already checked into state regulations on mobile kitchens.

I also want to thank those gentles who took the time to answer my 
question and told me what they would like to see served at my Inn.
