That is another subject I have been wanting to discuss is the fact that
seems everyone feels like they just HAVE to put on as many events as they
possibly can. I would love to see fewer but BETTER  events.  I have
dropped off of going to events in the last few years because it has
gotten (to me anyway) like each event is the same as the next.  If I miss
this tourney I can catch the one next week etc.  I think we should have
more events with melee battles as well.  How about an event wheren you
have a single elimination tourney in the morning (To choose a pair of
warlords for example) then have the warlords split up the fighters into
two groups and pound the crap out of each other in the evening. The one
day war!  Two or more baronies could go together and pool resources for
it. How about Barony Battles?? Let's have some inner strife in the
Kingdom!! This would be good to work up to a regional event.  I might
blow off an event like "tourney of the whatsits" but not " \The multi
barony brain bash" 

What does everyone think?
