Ummm, I have two questions.

1) Wasn't a Motley Sash recently given out by the Crown?

(I thought that Wermy was given one.)

2) Was Ring Thegn an award? 
(I am a Ring Thegn to House Mountaingate and thought it was just a household award.  It was a long time ago.)
