Greeting Your Highness,
   Yes, it is the Arcadia group that I was speaking of.  We have spoken a
number of times to Sir Burke, both as Baron of Wiesenfeuer, and as Kingdom
Seneschal so I can't imagine that this matter comes as any surprise to you.
We are not yet to the stage of filing the paperwork with the Heralds College
for a name and device but when we are it is my understanding that this
paperwork goes to Gwenllian  ferch Maredudd as Asterisk Herald, not to the
regional Herald.  If I'm wrong about this I'm certain that any number of
heralds will be glad to set me straight.  
   I was under the impression that our applicant for herald had sent his
paperwork to you.  If this is not the case obviously we need to light a fire
under the boy and get going.  I have already received my warrent from the
regional Arts & Sciences officer, Baroness Wiesenfeuer, Gwendylon of the
Copper Beeches.
    It is our fervent hope that the soon to be  incipient Canton of Northern
Cross will help Wiesenfuer grow into areas that have been largely untouched to
date.    Many of us plan to attend baronial meetings as time and gas money
permit.  And, of course, we all look forward to your Coronation in July.
Birth pangs can be uncomfortable, but we expect that in an year or so
Wiesenfeuer will be able to point to it's first "child" with pride.
