These are not showing up in the archives, so I don't think they are in
the original messages. This means that either your IPS or your email
client is adding them at some point.

Although this clearly looks like a method of doing filtering, I can't
find any reference to software that adds this header. This might mean
it's home grown by BGA. *shudder*
