No, Alastair, dear.  That was a nice event, too, even if the ferretts did
get into the cakes, but this one goes back even farther.  It was held in
the party hiuse of my trailer park, and the tradition of gag gifts was
born then, with snakes and Strawberry Shortcake cereal being the
gaggiest, except for Giles's (Gag me with a ) spoon! 

By the way, I keep thinking of folks that are still around.  Mary and a
contingent of the Gypsies would remember the "good old days," too.
