Obviously this point had escaped the knowledge of some.

I was asked to point out, by a non-net connected person who is 
following these posts on paper, that the organizations mentioned, 
specifically the YMCA, Camp Fire Boys & Girls, etc. (I don't know 
about Boy Scouts) are funded and supported largely by the United Way. 
Most people know that this organization is not a "christian, right-
wing, conservative organization", quite the contrary in fact.  

Just a little food for thought.
