Off topic it may be, but a nice sentiment just the same.  To semi-quote a New
Year's salute from a character from a very interesting film:

"May the best of last year be as bad as it gets this coming year."

Let us all keep in mind those we care deeply for, those who are now traveling a
different road, and those whose road has been strewn with many a sharp rock as
they walk it with bare soles / souls bared.

As Nathan wrote, "Please, please, please be careful!"
