We would like to profusely thank the over 150 persons braved rain, mud, and
the cold to attend Ice Axe...with a special thanks to Their Excellencies
Pendaran and Jehanne, who represented Their Majesties for us.  The following
persons were recognized in Court:

King's Archer:  Roger Bagley
Awards of Arms:  Gail Gordonne
                          Devon (last name?)
                          Lurch of Middleford
                          Arthur (last name?)           
Sable Thistle: Philippe L'Heureux (Armour making)

Ice Axe Chivalric List winner:  Lord Kurt von Koehler
Titled Artisan of Middleford: Lady Ayesha Di Trentacapilli Di Salerno
Best Death: Lord Marion Du Masse -ask him about his prize!
A & S People's Choice: Sibilla Fayrfax
Konrad von Egilstein (sp?) - second place team captain chivalric list
Special recognition was given to Ritter Dieterich Kempenich von Eltz for his
adherence to the theme of the event...Love

After court and a *wonderful* feast, there was a Bardic competition held to
select the new Titled Artisan of Middleford: Padric O Mullan

Sunday morning there was a competition for skill and accuracy ....winners
were:
Axe Throw - Conor McRaven
Spear - Jean-Pierre de Bordeaux
Knife - Michael of Edensford

Again, thanks to all who attended...and those who didn't, you missed a fun and
entertaining tournament with many surprises.
