Although good ideas, there is a couple of things to remember.

Groups are only allowed a certain number of Kingdom Calendar events a
year. That number is 2 unless they do a Regional event (3 or more
groups) or a Kingdom event. Baronies get to have their perpetual
event in addition to this number.

As well, you can not give awards with precedence at none Kingdom
Calendar or Regional events.
