How about the Southern March (Marches)?  or Sudmark?  Or (for Aquilanne) the
March Purpure?

BTW, Nordsteorra is how we refer to the region.  If we ever make the
decision to establish a principality, we would choose our own name in a
proper poll of the populace - a name that we would embrace as our own.  It
might not change, but I suspect it would.
