ANST - Principality names

Someone asked about regional names, and said the Northern Region already
had a name (Nordsteorra).  I think this was drawn from the Herald's
college.  You could name the other regions similarly.  For anyone who
cares, the Black Star lists the Regional Heralds offices as follows:

Central Region:	Eclipse Herald
Coastal Region:	Solstice Herald
Northern Region:	Nordsteorra Herald
Southern Region:	Twilight Herald
Western Region:	Equinox Herald
