True as far as it goes.  But if Regions were real branches, 
what would Lady Laurel say then?  Branches are entitled to
have registered armory.

Crown Principalities are just glorified regions.  But if
a region could register a name and armory, I'd say Central
should do that, as a tool to focus the identity of the
region.
