I'm not sure about names.  I've always liked Robin of Gilwell's style.
Crandall is the head of the education arm of the Ansteorran College
(wait ... head of an arm ... error IEF4397E on line 2: painful mixed
metaphor) and would be a good resource, for his own expertise (he's
good) and as a pointer to others.  Da'ud ibn Auda shows some promise
of being a good herald ...

As for mechanics: be audible, be prepared (know the business, what to
say, and how to say it), and be efficient, and I for one won't kvetch.
