Of course, there's the Ansteorran system of pre-printed charters,
where the person could commission their own charter
or apply for an Achievement of Arms document.  When first
I heard about pre-printed charters, I was horrified, but considering
the immense efforts that scribes in other kingdoms put in,
I'm not at all upset any more.
