ANST - Were you at Gulf Wars last year?

Last year at Gulf Wars my husband had his Ansteorran tabard hanging up
on a clothes line (we were camped beside the royal encampment).  A
gentleman came by, said that he needed to be in TRM procession, and
wanted to borrow said tabard.  We told him he could as long as he
remembered where to return it.  He didn't.  I had written it off as
lost, but then it occurred to me someone might remember it.  It's a
standard Ansteorran tabard with a wide strip of black fabric at the
neckline.  I'm assuming that the gentleman simply forgot where we were
camped and was not able to return it.  If, by some miracle, it actually
shows up I won't have to make a new one.

On a related note, the ballpoint pen I loaned to Her Majesty's
waiting-in-waiting came home promptly.  And we had told her not to
bother.  <G>
