Well, Dor{e'}, Chuck Graves (Tadhg?) was reporting based on
Atlantian experience -- or at least that's my impression.
I suspect two tracks are a functional necessity --
for your schedule to work, you've got meetings from
0900 thru 2300 with no more than 1 hour per meeting
and not a lot of flexibility for schedule slip (eating into
meal times is it).

Tadhg, did Atlantia schedule as many as 3 tracks, and did they
schedule officers versus orders?
