one more thing..........part of the problem with the meeting is that they are
left till after dinner and those who are peers would like to go home like
everyone else........maybe peer should be in the morning.  Lunch and then the
rest of the buisness.  Everyone gets to sleep in and buisness doesn't take as
long.....
